Eye of the Collector X Vilebrequin / JRP | Editions
Eye of the Collector is delighted to be partnering with Vilebrequin & JRP|Editions to showcase highlights from The Artists’ Editions at the fair.
Curated by Lionel Bovier, Director of MAMCO, Geneva and Arnaud Hubert, CEO of JRP|Editions, this partnership expands the dialogue between art and fashion, introducing Vilebrequin to an ambitious selection of contemporary artists - Kenny Scharf, Sylvie Fleury, John M Armleder and Deux Femmes Noires (Racquel Chevremont & Mickalene Thomas).
Confronting European and American, male and female, black and queer perspectives, the wide-ranging collection touches on abstract and figurative, conceptual and street art.
Further information on the collection is available from jon.holt@massey.co.uk
An online edition will run alongside the physical fair on eyeofthecollector.com and christies.com showcasing highlights in a creative presentation set against the digital backdrop of Two Temple Place. All works on show will be available to view through Eye of the Collector’s online Marketplace Partner Artsy.
